double up as recruiters - have based upon their knowledge of data mining,
statistics and behavioral sciences developed an innovative recruiting
methodology that allows us almost a 90% hit rate on positions that we try to
fulfill. This methodology includes a stringent prescreening test- the scores
from which are fed into a formula that is uniquely calculated for each individual
position. We only submit candidates that successfully score over a cutoff score
that is determined by the skills and seniority of the position. This approach
allows us to be resume agnostics. We find candidates that are an excellent fit
but don’t have an appropriately written resume and also eliminate candidates
that have great resume but are not an actual fit for the position – resulting
in significant time savings for our clients. This unique process has helped us
