Unique Hiring methodology
EGI has developed an innovative recruiting methodology that allows us almost 90% hit rate on the positions that we try to fulfill. This methodology includes a stringent prescreening test- the scores from which are fed into a formula that is uniquely calculated for each individual position. We only submit candidates that successfully score over a cutoff score that is determined by the seniority of the position.
When you choose EGI, you can expect:
